FORMS OF PARTICIPATION
1) Offline participation:
the exhibition displays originals or copies of works in their original size. The personal presence of the author at the exhibition is not obligatory. It is possible to send the works by mail / transport company, in this case the organizing committee will place the work at the exhibition, and after the exhibition is over, the Committee will send the work by the same mail / transport company (which is payed by the participant).
2) Online participation (exposure in the form of photocopies):
The organizing committee prints out the files sent by participant in A3 size and places them in the general exposition. At will and request of the author, it is possible to create a photocopy in full size (with additional payment).
Offline and online works have equal rights.


Registration sequence for the competition program:

1 stage:
Determine in what form your works will take part - offline or online.
 
1) Offline participation: the exhibition displays the originals of works (works are prepared by the author for display). The personal presence of the author at the exhibition is not required. It is possible to send the works by mail / transport company, in this case the organizing committee will place the work at the exhibition, and after the exhibition is over, the Committee will send the work by the same mail / transport company (which is payed by the participant).
2) Online participation (exposure in the form of photocopies):
The organizing committee prints out the files sent by participant in A3 size and places them in the general exposition. At will and request of the author, it is possible to create a photocopy in full size (with additional payment).
Full-time and part-time work have equal rights.
 
2 stage: 
Send registration materials to the organizing committee.
 
Application deadline: October 23, 2020 (inclusive). Offline and Online participants send the same set of materials!
Registration materials are sent to the Organizing Committee in electronic form (to the address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ).

The registration kit includes:
1) application form (download in Word, PDF)
2) labels for each art object (download in Word, PDF);
3) photo of the author (at least 3x4 cm);
4) photographic images of competitive works (not less than 200 dpi, not more than 20 MB);
5) a copy of the payment of the entrance fee. You can see the cost of participation in the section: "Cost of participation / registration fee"
 
After the author has sent registration materials to the Organizing Committee (to the address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ), he receives two notifications:
а) first notification: automatic notification that the materials have been received by the organizing committee;
b) the second notification from the administrator, indicating the "Participant number" assigned by the organizing committee (the number is placed on the label that the organizing committee sends to the author). The number of labels corresponds to the number of art objects submitted for the competition.

3 stage:
Preparation of art objects for display and placement at the exhibition.

When the offline participant receives the label with the assigned number he prints it and places it in the lower right corner. Labels can be attached to a stretcher, canvas, or decorative items (frames, stands, etc.).
For online participants, the Organizing Committee will print out the submitted entries and place them at the exhibition.
 
Offline (original) competitive works are handed over to the exhibition.
The author or his authorized representative provides the works for the exhibition for exhibiting at the Exhibition Center of the Moscow (Congress and Exhibition Center "Danilovsky", Moscow, Dubininskaya st., 71, building 5).
Admission of offline (original) art objects to the exhibition: October 2, 2020, from 11.00 to 14.00
The exhibited competitive works (offline) must contain:
а) label with number (in the lower right corner, on the front side);
b) forms of fastening necessary for suspension: hooks, eyelets, loops, clamps, etc. Three-dimensional works should have stands and devices that prevent the art object from falling over;
c) "Transfer deed card" (download in format Word, PDF). This card is a documentary confirmation of the delivery of the art object to the exhibition.
 
Information for offline and online participants:
Participants of the "Russian Photo Week" exhibition have the opportunity to take part in all programs: master classes, lecture halls, round tables (to do that you need to go to the "Offer a master class" section). Lecturers get the opportunity to exhibit their own art objects at the exhibition without an entrance fee, on the basis of one master class = one art object.
 
Diplomas / certificates / awards
The organizing committee issues and sends diplomas to all participants of the Russian Photo Week. On the last day of the exhibition, a closing ceremony is held for the winners of the Russian Photo Week (for offline and online participants).
 
After the exhibition:
а) diplomas of offline participants are stored in the Organizing Committee and can be sent by post at a special request;
b) online participants diplomas are sent by post (in paper form, to the address indicated during registration in the application form). Additionally, the organizing committee can send electronic versions of diplomas (upon special request). Period for sending paper diplomas: up to 3 weeks.
 
4 stage: (for offline participants)
Receiving art objects at the end of the exhibition
At the end of the exhibition, the author or authorized person receives the paintings, according to the card / deed of transfer. Date of issue of art objects: October 8, 2020, after the end of the award ceremony (from 17.00 to 20.00).

а) Category "Member of the Eurasian Art Union": photographers who are members of professional association - Eurasian Art Union.
b) Category "Professional": Authors working professionally in the field of photography.
c) Category "Student": pupils and students of specialized art educational institutions, as well as graduates who have completed their studies no later than 2 years before;
d) Category "Amateur": authors who do not have a special artistic education, who create photographs as a hobby, for personal self-realization.
